FoodWish is a not-for-profit initiative to serves communities worldwide. The goal of FoodWish is to alleviate hunger by soliciting, collecting, growing, and packaging food for distribution through a network of individuals, agencies and programs that serve our most vulnerable groups. Our services include providing solutions for collecting access, left over, food and clothing to the people in need. Our connecting solutions develop for optimum logistics so that perishable and non-perishable food can be promptly and efficiently provided to the right person.

Worldwide, 11.3% of the population is hungry. That’s roughly 805 million people who go undernourished on a daily basis, consuming less than the recommended 2,100 calories a day. It is estimated that 40% of the food just in the United States is wasted on a daily basis.

FoodWish actively solicits food from local food growers, retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, hotels and catering organizations for immediate distribution to service programs.

FoodWish is seeking active participation from individuals, drivers, ride share programs so that drivers can collect and distribute food/cloth contribution.

Food Drives

Food is to eat not to be wasted

FoodWish request you to collect clean leftover or access food in a clean sealed bag or container and bring to one of our distribution locations. Please mark them for type of food - vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

Next time you go to a restaurant, party, event and see any access food, please collect and bring it to us. This food will be used to save someone's life.

FoodWish encourages you to organize food and clothing drives with your friends, family, communities, place of worships, school, recreational centers. Our Wish Angels can help you with organization of such drives.

This is where wishes come true

FoodWish chapters are locations where our Wish Angels gather, organize, collect and distribute food. Some of our chapters also have kitchens where Wish Angels make delicious food from your food donation. Community centers, places of worship, food kitchens, local restaurants… your own home?
